ALTEOGEN (KOSDAQ:196170) is started to be traded in Korean stock market, KOSDAQ on 12th Dec. 2014.
Last August, ALTEOGEN has passed the technical assessment for listing from two professional institutions which were designated by stock market commission, and this December passed the evaluation for listing again.
ALTEOGEN succeeded in issuing new 900,000 shares at price of KRW 26,000 and secured KRW 23B through the public offering.
ALTEOGEN became the fasted biologics company ever after being established and the first and only biologics company being listed through technical assessment in 2014.
